I'm there every now and then because you don't get anything at the Armbruster hospital as a non-patient. So this is partly due to the hospital because there is no access, and partly to the Armbruster because it does not offer patients anything to sell. So the bakery has a good, manageable range and the staff are friendly. The price / performance ratio is also OK. Is recommended.

Very good baked goods. So why only 2 stars. I always work the morning shift. So I'm already at the start when other people are still sleeping :-) The first human contact that I experience almost every day is with the ladies in the bakery. And exactly here lies the problem. The two older women are very friendly and very positive from the early hours of the morning. Laugh a lot. Convey a warm feeling. I always buy a little more because I feel good and the colleagues at the office are also happy :-) The younger woman with glasses ...... So that's a problem. Snappy, unfriendly. Snappy. Always seems overwhelmed and annoyed for no reason. If you really don't feel like doing your job ... why do you do it? Incomprehensible. If you meet such negative people so early in the morning, then the morning is already over. At first I thought, well everyone can have a bad day. In spite of this, miserable service is difficult to convey. If you meet the person behind the counter several times, then you don't feel like it anymore. Now I go there very rarely. Drive through it every day and see who can do it. All this incomprehensible. For a long time I thought it wasn't worth it. In the end I have to write it down. Maybe someone will read it and have a positive appraisal interview. The quality of the products is TOP.

Good baked goods. But today I had to wait 9 minutes until I was served. I went in briefly and said there were 7 people standing outside. Would it be possible to serve both? No, the second saleswoman prepared something. No flexibility. When it was my turn I wanted to address that again. I was looked away rather harshly. I am not going any more. There are other bakers too

We drove past the bakery when looking for a quick bite. On arrival, the woman was quite surly when choosing what we wanted from the offer. During the checkout, something went wrong every time because the woman kept using the wrong setting over and over again, so that we kept getting an error message on different payment cards. The woman was very unfriendly and blunt, there was no dialogue possible and became increasingly rude. We had no cash so we were sent out of the store without food.

Finally a bakery that also offers products for allergy sufferers or vegans :-) my son was very happy when he got his first sweet pastry.

Staff very friendly, even in the morning at 6 o'clock. Delicious baked goods, whether sweet or savory.

Excellent bakery! Always fresh bread, friendly staff and hardly any waiting time. I like to come over every week. Bread rolls can also be filled individually on request ;-)

Today I had the pleasure to have lunch at the trade school in Offenburg. Without words. So bad. For years now I have been going sporadically to the Rabenplatz to Siegwart's. How can such a good kitchen only do this to the tradespeople?
